


| How We Operate |
| The homeowner submits a job request either by phone or on-line. If submitted on-line, a THC representative contacts the homeowner to verify all pertinent information of the job request and job site. The THC representative will gather information such as estimated hire/start date of contractor, brief description of job, size, permits needed (if applicable), and any other information felt necessary to provide the contractor upon referral of the job request. Upon acceptance of the homeowner job request by three contractor members, a THC representative will forward the job request form to the contractor for their review. THC will then contact the homeowner and inform them of names, numbers and any other information they may request of our contractor members that have accepted the job request. Our policy is that our contractor member contacts our client homeowner within 48 hours of acceptance of job request. Contractor member reserves the right to decline any job request that was accepted and bid upon. THC asks that they are notified immediately of any such decision, thus allowing us the opportunity to provide the homeowner with another referral if necessary. All signed contracts, pricing, or any other agreements made between homeowner and contractor are between homeowner and contractor. THC accepts no responsibility of any actions agreed upon by the two parties mentioned. |
